Still Life — Fine Art

Three forms sit close together on a plain ground in Still Life by Lee Krasner. The paint is laid in broad strokes that stop where the shape ends. Each stroke holds a slight change in tone, so the edge feels worked rather than cut.

This fine art piece is printed on matte paper, so the grey and white tones stay even under a lamp and no shine shows on the surface.

It hangs on a kitchen wall above a side table, where the broad strokes read from the cooking area and the small shifts in tone show when you stand near the counter.
