Still Life with a Chest of Drawers — Fine Art

A plain wooden chest of drawers stands against a quiet ground, holding small objects on top and beside it. Still Life with a Chest of Drawers uses pinks and browns side by side, with a few cool greens at the edges. The paint sits in separate short strokes that leave the surface rough.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The print comes ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy.

On a narrow landing wall, the chest sits below a row of books. From the stairs you notice the block of the furniture first, and the small fruit shapes come later. The room stays simple and the picture keeps its own quiet shape.
