Thamyris — Fine Art

The title Thamyris - 1972 points to a painted figure drawn from Greek myth. Broad painted zones of muted ochre and grey run across the sheet, with darker strokes gathered near the middle. The surface reads as layered brushwork laid down in a post war American style.
