The Banks of the Seine — Fine Art

The Banks of the Seine shows a river shoreline with soft water and loose brushwork. Greens and blues settle low, while a wide sky leaves much of the page empty. Claude Monet painted the view from an upright angle, so the water stays near the bottom edge.
