The Silver Veil and the Golden Gate — Fine Art

Silver tones run along a soft hillside beside a bright gate in The Silver Veil and the Golden Gate. The painting uses quick painted strokes that keep the ground and sky loose. A thin veil of grey settles over the open field, and the gate turns warm in the pale light.

This fine art print sits in a frame with a back panel, so the image stays flat against the wall. The matte finish keeps the silver greys soft and stops a lamp from making a shine on the picture.

It fits a dining room wall above a pale table. From the table you see the silver hill and the warm gate. When you stand near the doorway the grey veil reads as a quiet band across the field.
