Townscape M4 1968 — Fine Art

Townscape M4 1968 shows a built scene treated with the soft focus of Gerhard Richter. Grey and pale tones sit on the sheet, with a few shapes standing out. The eye moves across the buildings and rests on the empty zones beside them.

This is a fine art print set in a frame, with a back panel. The matte surface keeps the grey tones steady and stops sharp glare when light hits it. You get the image flat and clear.

It fits on a bedroom wall near a lamp. From the bed you see the broad grey bands, and the small lines become visible when you stand close.
