Untitled — Fine Art

Untitled - 1972 by Bram van Velde shows a pale field with a few dark painted strokes crossing the sheet. The eye enters at the upper edge and moves down to the heavier mark near the middle. Most of the sheet stays open.

A fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back. You set it straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte surface lets the soft paint tones stay even under a lamp.

It fits a hallway wall where you pass by on the way to the kitchen. From the stair you notice the broad strokes and the open space around them.
