Untitled - 1981 by Konrad Zuse rests on a plain field with a few dark marks placed in a loose arrangement. The marks read like early plotted lines, each one sitting alone with room around it. The eye starts at the top and moves down slowly.

The fine art print sits on a matte sheet where the greys keep a soft tone and the frame finish can match the room. A light frame on a dark wall or a dark frame on a pale wall lets the marks stay readable.

It works on a hallway side wall near a switch where the lamp hits the sheet from the side. From there the thin lines stay clear and the empty space stays calm.
