Untitled 1995 by Louise Bourgeois shows a dark shape standing alone on a lighter ground. The form reads as a single figure from across the room. Up close the surface shows the grain of the ink and the uneven edge where the hand lifted the tool.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. The print is made with a matte paper that holds the darker tone without shine under a lamp. A light frame on a dark wall lets the pale ground stay open and lets the figure sit on its own.

It works on the wall above a kitchen table where you see the dark shape against the pale ground while you stand at the sink. The single form pulls the eye toward the middle and the rest of the wall stays still.
