Untitled — Fine Art

Untitled - 2005 by Ralston Crawford sits on a pale ground with hard edge planes of black and grey. The painted shapes hold a measured position across the sheet. A clear edge gives the picture a firm border on the wall.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame keeps the border light against the grey field. A black frame gives the shape a sharper stop.

This print works on a hallway wall where the pass moves fast. You notice the flat planes first, then the quiet grey ground. The measured layout reads well from a distance.
