Untitled - 2008 shows broad painted areas laid over a worked ground. The surface carries layered patches of colour that press into the sheet. The layout follows the colour field practice of John Hoyland. You see the build of paint across the whole surface.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang. A metal hanger is fitted to the back and goes straight onto a nail or screw. You do not need a separate frame. The matte paper keeps the painted layers clear and holds the edges without shine.

In a narrow study corridor the broad painted bands stand out against the wall. From the doorway you read the colour patches first. Closer to the wall the layered surface shows its build. The work stays quiet over a coat rail.
