Untitled 9 — Fine Art

Untitled 9 shows a single black shape set against a pale field. The mark presses toward the center of the sheet and leaves room around it. Louise Bourgeois drew in this spare way across many prints and drawings.

The fine art print comes ready to hang. A metal hanger is fitted to the back, so the sheet goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame is needed. The matte face keeps the pale tone from shining under a lamp.

Hang it in a study on a short wall near a desk. From the chair you see the black shape first, and the open space around it settles the view.
