Untitled SF76-176

Untitled SF76-176 by Sam Francis shows open colour washes spread across a pale ground. The painted shapes sit in broad areas with thin edges and leave space around them. You see the weight of each wash and the empty field holding it together.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte surface keeps the tones flat and even when the light hits it.

It fits on the wall above a long desk in a study corner. From the chair you notice the spread of the colour and how the empty ground gives each mark room.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
