Vespers, 1992

Vespers, 1992- by Helen Frankenthaler shows thin washes of colour spread across an open surface. The brush lays down a soft stain that lets the paper show through in places. A broad field of tone sits under a few lighter marks.

This fine art print arrives ready to hang, with a metal hanger fitted to the back that goes straight onto a nail or screw. No separate frame to buy. The matte finish keeps the thin washes flat and stops a shine under a lamp.

It fits on a bedroom wall beside a bed. From the doorway the big field of colour reads first. Up close the smaller marks show the hand of the artist.

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
