Vivante S R Nit des Neiges 2005 by Chu teh Chun — Fine Art

Broad strokes of colour sit over a softer field in Vivante S R Nit des Neiges 2005. The marks move across the surface with uneven edges and a slow shift in tone. The work follows the abstract ink and colour practice of Chu teh Chun.

The fine art print stays matte, so the lighter tones stay gentle and the surface keeps a flat look. A light frame works beside pale paint, a dark frame sits on a darker wall, and a wood frame sits near wooden furniture.

On a kitchen wall under warm ceiling light, the colour shifts read from the table. You see the broad strokes while you wash up, and the tones settle into the room without shouting.
