White and Brown - 1972 by Kenzo Okada shows soft painted bands in white and brown laid over a quiet ground. The eye rests on the lighter band first, then moves toward the darker one. Empty space sits on both sides.

The product is a fine art print set in a frame with a back panel. The matte paper keeps the brown tone flat and soft, so the white area does not shine under a lamp. The frame gives the picture a clean edge.

Over a dining table the two tones stay calm. From the far side of the room you see the broad bands first, then the small shifts between them.
