Yellow Jack — Fine Art

Yellow Jack - 1985 shows a yellow shape moving across a washed ground. The paint soaks into the sheet and leaves thin edges where the colour thins out. The marks look poured rather than brushed. Helen Frankenthaler built her pictures with this soak stain method.
