Vanessa Bell
Vanessa Bell was a British painter and decorative artist and a central figure of the Bloomsbury Group, celebrated for her bold, formally inventive canvases of still lifes, interiors, and figures that brought Post-Impressionist colour and abstraction to British art. Her home and studio at Charleston, decorated by hand, is itself a major work of art.
