Composition Blue Balls — Fine Art

Composition Blue Balls by Sam Francis shows blue circular marks set against a pale ground. The blue tones sit close together, so each sphere reads against the lighter field beside it. The forms keep a cool mood across the sheet.

This fine art print uses a matte paper that holds the blue without a glossy shine. You can choose a white frame, wood, dark wood or black. A white frame gives the picture a clean edge that does not fight the pale background.

Over a kitchen counter, the blue spheres catch the morning light on the left. From the doorway you read the round marks first, then the soft tone between them.
