Configuration by Jean Arp

Configuration shows loose shapes that seem to tilt and drift across the sheet. Jean Arp often built forms from chance and simple outlines.

Pale grey shapes rest against a washed field so the eye moves slowly from one shape to the next. A fine art print is set in a frame with a back panel. The paper stays matte so the soft greys do not lose their edge.

A ready to hang setup arrives assembled. It looks calm near the door in a hallway where the light stays even. From there the shapes read as a slow line without detail.

Information

Frequently asked

Yes — this Fine Art piece comes framed and arrives ready to hang. It is printed with our 12-color fine art technology on smooth matte paper (200 gsm), protected by shatterproof plexiglass, and set in a durable pine wood frame. A hanging kit is included, so you can put it straight on the wall.

Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with real depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing. The print is on smooth matte paper (200 gsm, 0.26 mm thick) that gives a clean, glare-free display, and it sits behind shatterproof plexiglass in a durable pine wood frame (20 mm thick, 10 to 14 mm wide). The paper and wood are FSC-certified. Every piece is printed and shipped on demand, so there is no minimum order and every order is fresh.
