Firework — Fine Art

Firework by Sam Francis opens with a bright burst shape set on a loose ground. The eye lands on the centre mark first, then moves outward into the empty paper. The colour sits in soft pools that fade toward the edges.

This fine art print is ready to hang on arrival. The frame comes in white, wood, dark wood and black, and you choose one that sits plainly against the bright centre. A black frame gives the picture a clear edge on the wall without pulling the eye away from the paint.

Hang it on a quiet wall above a desk, with the brightest part level with your eye when you sit. From that spot the open paper feels wide, and the marks read as small dots from a few steps back.
