Lorser Feitelson

Lorser Feitelson was an American painter and a key figure of the Los Angeles hard-edge painting movement, known for his precisely painted biomorphic forms on dark backgrounds and later his bold, flat Post-Surrealist and Magical Space Form compositions. He was instrumental in establishing a distinct West Coast abstract identity.
